There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for each pet under 35 pounds and a $400 pet fee for each pet over 35 pounds, as well a monthly pet rent of $20 for each pet under 35 pounds and $30 for each pet over 35 pounds. Weight max and Breed restrictions apply.
All adults are required to complete a rental application as well as providing a valid picture id, regardless if they are going to be on lease. In addition, the lease holder or holders will need to submit proof of income that’s at least 3 times the amount of market rent.
