Dogs and cats are allowed with a maximum of two pets per household. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for each pet under 35 pounds and a $400 pet fee for each pet over 35 pounds, as well a monthly pet rent of $20 for each pet under 35 pounds and $30 for each pet over 35 pounds.
