Fortunately, we have installed key pads on every garage door, along with keyless entry at the front door.
I need to have some work done in my apartment. Who do I call?
You can call Amber at 217-213-3034, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday from 10AM to 2PM. If outside of hours, please leave a message, or you can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to mow my own lawn?
Yes, you are responsible for all lawn care. If you prefer not to do it yourself, we can put you in contact with someone to take care of it for you.
Can I park on the street?
Street parking shall be permitted only temporarily, for guests.
When is rent due?
We require all residents to sign up for ACH withdrawal on the first day of the month.

How long will it take for my rental application to be processed?
We use a screening service to process all rental applications. Most rental applications are processed within 72 hours.
What do I need to apply for an apartment?
All adults applying are required to complete a rental application. The lease holder will need to have proof of income and employment.
What is the pet policy?
Dogs and cats are allowed. You are allowed a maximum of two pets per household. Each pet will require a one-time, non-refundable $300 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Dogs over 35 pounds have a $400 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $30. Breed restrictions apply.
Are washers and dryers provided?
No, but there are washer/dryer connections in every home.
Can I rent furniture from you?
No, but we work with CORT. They are happy to work with you to pick out exactly what you would like.
